Stronger Futures is a non-profit dedicated to empowering young people aging out of the foster care system. Our mission is rooted in the belief that every foster youth deserves not just to survive — but to thrive. Through structured mentorship, hands-on training, and long-term support, we help build the foundation for a more stable, hopeful, and successful future.
Our 3-Phase Program
We’ve designed a three-phase support model that meets youth where they are and helps them build toward where they want to go:
Engagement & Training
In this initial phase, participants receive foundational training — life skills, emotional resilience, workforce readiness, and more — preparing them for meaningful mentorship and career opportunities.
Mentorship & Placement
After training, each young person is paired with a caring mentor and supported in their journey to secure a job, internship, or other meaningful placement. Our mentors guide, encourage, and open doors.
Stability & Upskilling
Once youth are placed, we continue investing in their growth. We support them through ongoing professional development, skill-building, and resources to ensure they maintain stability and keep advancing.

By supporting foster youth at a vulnerable but pivotal moment, we’re helping to break cycles of instability.
