Stage 1

Foundations Participants learn expectations, communication, punctuality, appearance, professionalism, and emotional regulation, the real skills of workplace success.

Skill Building

Stage 2

Skill Building Mentored fieldwork, safety training, hands-on tasks, equipment handling, customer interaction, documentation, and job responsibilities.

Advancement

Stage 3

Participants develop specialty skills, lead small tasks, mentor new participants, and earn certifications (industry-specific).
